Extension publication authors and department heads may now certify authorship and completion of peer review through a digital form. Once the author completes the form, it routes automatically to the department head for digital signature. Then, once the department head completes the form, it routes automatically to the Office of Marketing and Communications. The author receives notification of the form’s completion and may then submit the project for editing and design, in accordance with the Extension Publications Manual.
This form should be completed for all SP, PB, and W publications. No authorization form is required for departmental publications, as these are not peer reviewed.
